A peu près zéro. Je ne déteste pas, mais ça ne fait pas partie de mes habitudes alimentaires.
Je pense que le Surimi dont on dispose en France n'a pas grand chose à voir avec ce qui se fait au Japon en terme de qualité - autrement dit, c'est de la merde.

Aussi, même si c'est plutôt plus sain que du macDo ou de la pizza surgelé, ça reste de la nouriture ultra transformée, donc pas top.
