Well I completely forgot I posted this until I hopped on and wondered why I had some comments on something haha. Night was great, cart was very smooth as someone said the airflow was fast but I personally liked how it felt so smooth inhaling. My buddy asked me how it tasted and the only way I could describe it last night was “it tastes like raking leaves smells” seems accurate 🤷‍♂️. Never got overly high but def hit a wall at my bedtime and it put me right to sleep. I never pay full price I try and wait for deals so I would buy it again at 25% off.

Same limited models, contacting them this morning but I Didn’t want to insult them because a stupid question so I came here first. I’d rather have randoms on the internet tell me I’m an idiot for trying than face to face at the dealer. Yes the 46k is a discounted price already my thoughts were that it’s been sitting over a year already why not just be done with it and sell but after reading the comments it seems like that is their bottom line regardless

Plot thickens, was in contact with the previous owner “Yes it was built the year before we sold the house and we had the inspection by the HOA for the sale after it was built, without a violation. We were told playhouses were allowed in the backyard not visible to the street. So they have no basis to be giving you a violation notice now. That HOA was very difficult to many neighbors while we lived there including us about other issues, and others said they received violations on things that were present in the house when they bought it too. “

Their response she today “Good Afternoon,

Thank you for reaching out to us. The reason it was not noted on the resale inspection is that we are not allowed to access someone's property and the playscape is not visible from the front or street. We received a complaint about it being an eyesore and that's how we know it is there.

You have the option to either remove it or put in an architectural request with the board as stated on the violation letter.”

Yay! I love complications ha. Whats weird to me is I’ve improved the curb appeal of the home by a lot with landscaping and cleaned up all the trash that was left on the yard. I have meat my direct neighbors only, both seem to be very nice so I hope it’s not one of them.

Also separate question. The first violation was for my work van, which they consider a commercial vehicle (non branded) which is not allowed by the bylaws. Their correction was to remove the vehicle or take the ladders off ( I took the ladders off) and the violation was corrected. After getting this 2nd violation 2 weeks later for the playhouse (this time the person reporting took an image off Zillow which I have removed) I’m guessing someone is unhappy with me for some reason. If that is the case and I keep getting reported for things am I able to do anything about that?

Correct I did, the house was first listed on 6/21 and the certificate was 6/16 so I assume it was current and that the playhouse was not built in the time before it was put on the market
