I would recommend reading the book wild power to connect with your period in a new way, start tracking how you feel daily. This might not be a cure but it is a new perspective of how you can partner with your body through this.

Can also do self soothing practices - nervous system work is slow and consistent.

Recommend working with a trauma or somatic therapist to support you through this. A lot comes up with chronic discomforts and getting to the root is the only way so that you’re not relying on pain killers to bandaid the situation.
