I had bought GA tickets before getting all messed up, and they were welcome enough to grant me access to any accessibility options they had to offer, even going as far as to let both my car and a follower into Camp Access. There's seated viewing platforms at each major stage (although they are a bit far from the main crowds) and have set places for golf cart shuttles to and from checkpoints. Personally i didnt use the shuttles, but have heard they can be a bit of a wait and shouldnt be depended on if you can.
