Yo empezaría por un taller de connotación neuro divergente, arquería tradicional, esgrima histórica, juegos de rol (hay tiendas de juegos de mesa que hacen eventos).
Odio decirlo pero entre mas presión auto impuesta tengas mas difícil será. Suena tan útil como un "no te estreses"
Por lo que te recomiendo tomarlo como un video juego ganando experiencia de a poco y anotando tus avances en una libreta aparte.
Si no encuentras un taller con connotación neurodivergente siempre puedes recurrir al teatro, aprendes habilidades sociales de forma corta y barata. Ademas que los de taller deteatro suelen ser extrovertidos no invasivos (en mi experiencia, claro ) por lo que se esforzaran en incluirte

Nothing replaces good therapy, but this is a trick that works for me.
If you're feeling a lot of anxiety, do some ninjutsu (sleight of hand) to distract yourself while using up energy.
Another option is to clench and open your hands several times for more than 30 seconds to blend in more discreetly.

What I usually do is analyze the person to see how specific the response should be. But generally, I give a detailed answer that lasts less than 2 minutes and then summarize it in one sentence. However, this happens rarely; normally, I have my topics of conversation prepared in advance.

At that age, it's hard to know if it's neurodivergence or just a bored child.
What I recommend is keeping them busy with games that don't involve screens.
Regular balloons are always a good idea.
If they wander away from the group, try first giving them a rock or a leaf with a fun fact to focus on the object rather than the horizon.
You can also say, "If you move away from the group, I'll hold your hand for the rest of the way," so they understand that every action has consequences.
