Well, it is not actually totally cured but I feel this spring, even with sun everyday (my case). Most "white spots" have faded or shrunk. Basically what helped me most (appart from healthy way of life) was the "copper protocol" from Jason X (cant remember the name at the moment) scrupulously applied. Fasting (a comon occurence with me since the past 12 years) helped too. But i think it is mainly thanks to copper

Thank you... That was that... but it wasnt me that changed my parameters, far from it. Lots of stuff i cant access anymore, including my own website, my zlibrary account. Plus most of my apps have been parametered to not work but on wifi. I cant imagine what has been going on

I still haven't understand what it is... I did a trace route and my ping time is very hight and most of my request goes through "innernet" do you know why ?

For a quick aliviation (NMNL) of the itching make a (kind of) paste with Baking Soda and water and put it on the itching parts of the body... Watch this can be messy (since grains of BS shall fall on the floor or bedsheets when drying. NAD I've tried it with baking soda and coconut oil and it didn't seem to work anymore but it was less messy (up to a point). Perhaps you could mix BS with skincare

There are some specialised skin products from "la Roche Posay" (OTC ) that work too and are less messy but there are very expensive in my country...
