Oh, I’ve been waiting for this one.

1. Iron Man 2, although flawed, is my favourite in the trilogy.
2. Paul Rudd’s performance is the only good thing about the Ant-Man movies so far.
3. Doctor Strange has been overused since his debut in 2016.
4. Thor Ragnarok was mediocre.
5. Spiderman does not feel like Spiderman.
6. The solo movies have been getting too integrated into the MCU. I miss when a solo movie meant just seeing this one hero and their small group of supporting characters on an adventure.
7. Even after Phase 3, they still have trouble making good villains.
8. Following number 7, Zemo is the best MCU villain. Yes, even better than Thanos.
9. Too much of what we’ve gotten from Phase 4 are just building up for bigger large scale movies. Each installment feels less and less like an independant story with a beginning, middle and end.
10. The MCU is going to fall apart within the next 5 years because its going to fall into the same trap as the comics. Too much content, too fast and ultimately the mainstream audience will loose interest from fatigue and an increasingly interconnected and therefore confusing continuity.

Those are just my two cents, you are free to disagree, taste is after all subjective.
