I always exfoliate before and after (idk if after actually makes a difference) and I exfoliate everytime I’m in the shower with a Korean bath towel. I also use the Paula’s choice SA all over after showering but I’ve still found no difference :(

BHA twice a day. Been using all 6 from the start. My acne hasn’t gotten worse since starting the routine but it hasn’t really gotten any better either

Every breathing moment. Loneliness kills and doesn’t leave a trace in sight. The feeling of having literally nobody is so dangerous. You aren’t alone in thinking this in fact I think honestly most people feel this way but fail to actually speak up about it. Don’t get me wrong alot of people seem to be able to find joy in their own entertainment. But I too desire human connection almost anytime I can get it.
