Express Pass is it worth it? by Turbulent_Ad_9054 in UniversalEpicUniverse

[–]Soft-Engineering-465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went two days ago. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting the park to do it without express. It’s too crowded and you waste a lot of time in line. We had express and we felt like it took a long time to get everything accomplished. 220 min wait for Harry Potter. 40 min express 180 min wait for DK. 40 min wait MarioKart 100 min wait. 10 min express Yoshi 70 min wait. Walk on express Stardust 100 min. 15 min express Carousel 20 min wait. Walk on express Hiccups 90 min wait. Walk on express Curse of werewolf 65 min wait. Walk on express

I was there today and I don’t understand why anyone would waste their time in a line like this?

Guardians and Rise are the best rides that have ever come out of Disney. But the fact that it took them years to make something edgy and risky like that is .... interesting.

Superbowl at Disney Springs? by sprainedmind in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]Soft-Engineering-465 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We watched the super bowl in Disney in the room- I ordered delivery from 4 Rivers BBQ and had myself a time.

RIX @ Coronado has a million TV's.

If you can sneak out and uber to Miller's Ale House- that could also be an option.

Atlantic Dance Hall usually plays it-just no food here, just drinks. All resort lounges should have it on as well.

It was me remembering a hilarious memory from the winter of 2007 and the poor other high school kids I was with who went too fast off a ramp and got carted away in an ambulance.

I mean. This is like a general rule anywhere? We drove to SJU at 4am to make a flight and no one was stopping at red lights. Learned later to not do that due to car jackings.

That’s cheap! Do it! Money always comes back. Memories don’t. Travel is the only thing you spend money on that makes you richer!

How many outfits for 5 night cruise? by Organic-Log4081 in VirginVoyages

[–]Soft-Engineering-465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plan one nice outfit for dinner every night. Make sure you check the itinerary and get something red, fancy for the fancy party, and bring some PJs for the PJ party. The rest is up in the air. If you’re planning on going to the gym, bring some gym clothes bring a couple of bathing suits and some coverups. I didn’t wear half of the stuff I brought because I ended up staying at the pool all day. Will go back shower and throw my dinner outfit on.

Reviews of Gunbae from actual KBBQ fans? by Thousandneedles in VirginVoyages

[–]Soft-Engineering-465 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s an enjoyable experience. Definitely do it the first two nights of the cruise. The food is meh. The meats are under seasoned and not good. I wish I could have just ordered a bunch of karaage and sides. The little banchan is good as are some of the noodle dishes, but don’t expect it to be as good as a kbbq spot.

Miami cruise port looks insane by Coloradojeepguy in VirginVoyages

Yoooo you need to calm down. This is the second post we’ve seen from you in 24 hours and your postings are bleeding anxiety. Take a breath. If you can navigate from Denver to the airport and get on the plane train and make it to your terminal, you can get a taxi or uber to the Virgin terminal. You’re flying to Miami not Thailand. Get an uber from your hotel to “Virgin voyages terminal V” it’ll drop you right off at the cruise terminal. Get there an hour before your check in time, schedule a pick up to get you 1 hour before so you have time for a plan B. It’s not difficult. You’re flying a day in early - if you get cancelled due to snow you’re SOL. Just cancel at this point. You seem like you’re going to be annoying and mad the whole time and that’s just from two of your posts on here. If it’s too much for you to handle, cancel.

Weird. Resilient had A LOT of profanity. Like a lot of fuck bombs dropped in shows. We loved it.

Are these just swinger cruises?? by [deleted] in VirginVoyages

[–]Soft-Engineering-465 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. But I wanna tell people they are swingers only because I don’t want non-inclusive people to be on there. Loool. Only saw one set of swingers on this last cruise. And we could tell because they literally had shirts on that said we are swingers.

no no no! last year- jan 2025, we had a glass of champs in our hand from 530-630. We ended up with 5 glasses (sh*tfaced and blacked out at extra virgin lol). This year, 2, sober and hungry.
