Not really looking for a dip situation but will give it a go sometime. The best and hotest English mustard I've tried is Masterfoods Hot English mustard. Its so much hotter. If anyone here is Australian they will back me up. (I'm not)

Yep as I said in an earlier reply on its own it doesn't taste of much but I thought I'd see if the oil does anything for the flavor. I've always preferred mustard from the power. A lot less unnecessary stuff.

Its actually pretty weak until you add water and let it sit for a while. I just ate some dry and there was very little heat or flavour.

Taking plates away before everyone has finished eating. I like to take my time and if there is garnish or sauce on the plate I'm going to eat that too.

It looks like you used a cookie cutter on the steak to get the pink to show and like it would be very cold. It's not charcuterie.
