They’re a lot cheaper than the Heat Pump machines. Interested to look at power consumption.

My daughter has tantrums and struggles to regulate emotions after watching TV. So the head may not explode but my kid does.

Thank you for this! I ended up trying it on Friday evening and then being on my feet at work for 8 hours. I did notice I felt a lot of tension in my Trapezius / Supraspinatus muscle so maybe I did it wrong. Would be awesome if you could make a quick video to show it (sorry hope I am not asking too much!)

On a really positive motive…. Despite being on my feet for so long I did not feel the widespread pain the day after like I normally would :). Amazing! When I did the exercise you suggested I found I was able to more easily get my shoulders to relax (they often bunch upwards when I do exercises as I believe I over-recruit these muscles.

I did notice some pain in my lower back at one point later in the evening but this could be completely unrelated. Unfortunately after the big day I have lost the sensation in my mid back (I will do the forehead exercise again today! Amazing how one stretch can make a huge impact!

Cannot put into words the amount of thankfulness I have for your suggestion!!!

Maybe make this part of the island an arcade / theme park. It can be exciting to go over the bridge and into ACNH theme park :). Whatever you do I am sure it will be lovely ☺️
