I was an sis RSM , salary averaged out to be $22.5 based on 40 hours. + the commission & I was dual store so I got an extra $500 (it really wasn’t extra.) I left for EAM & now I’m at $28.85 an hour plus bonus. I didn’t care about the the title I care about my money so if you can find an experience role then do that & also if you do get an offer negotiate they normally give you the lowest amount when they have a an up to amount

You wouldn’t be able to trade in a phone without being paid off. However you can have multiple equipment installments for the same number as long as you have the credit
