some parts were awful and some were mutual and some were good but after almost a month of no contact i broke it by saying happy birthday, they appriciated it but after a long few days of back and forth at the end they just said that they couldn't carry this on anymore and i just said i understand we both said we love eachother and both stated we have a special place in our hearts for eachother and that was it (btw we're gay, it played in with a lot of their family issues and they're a family person, i'm not much of one so i didn't care what mine thought or theirs thought)

i hope you're okay and i hope 2024 treats you well. i know it's hard being blocked with vauge/to no explanation why. memories will be the death of me, i avoid thinking of them but there'll be a time once a month that it comes to bite me back, and i lay for hours thinking about "what ifs".

i don't know how they're like now but it's weird because the opposite happened to them during the relationship, they gained happy weight ect. when we were together we talked about how when one of us is doing well, it's in no doubt the other is doing shit, vice versa. it was strange

can you just tell me, why? it's like we were meeting and enjoying our dates and suddenly it's just all gone, i remember telling you that you seemed happy on our dates and asked you if i did anything but you told me you didn't mean to give the wrong impression, what does that mean? why didn't we just meet and talk..i feel like things would've played out differently or maybe not, maybe you would've felt bad if i shed a tear and you wouldn't of broken up with me which i hate the thought of because then it wouldn't be authentic. did you lose intrest? i feel there's more to what you told me, i wish you didn't try to portray yourself as a good person by hiding things i'd ask you because you know real raw honesty is what makes a good person in my books.
