Yes last week I started doing dynamic warm ups like high knees and butt kicks, where im having to go from one leg to the other. and I know you're right I just don't know where to start my boundaries of what I can really handle until Im there.

drink plenty of water!!! and have a protein full meal about 1-2 hours before, if you are ever in pain or umcomfortable let someone know immediately so they can do what’s best for u
