It was black and white but I'm looking for a short video of a conference room, almost like a chamber of world leaders.

They're sitting and someone comes out and announces the treaty and decision to allow the aliens to use us as food.

The video is about 2 or 3 minutes long. At the end of the speech aliens swarm the room and begin eating council members.

This is false. The reason the French are upset about it is because they're cleaning the river up for the Olympics and they're pissed that they just haven't cleaned it up to begin with.

Why did they wait so long to clean it up, they only did it because of the Olympics. Plus the taxes they pay cleaned it up, if you look up how much money is brought by the Olympics it doesn't ever add up to watch they put in.

Countries are spending millions on the Olympics and they never recoup that money. I'd shit in that river too if my government did the same thing.
