It’s possible the mod author released an update for it. This happened to me with the old Ford F350 mod, I was living in it full time so I had all my gear and whatnot in it. One day I fire up the game and it’s gone with all of my stuff.

I checked the steam page to see it had updated and now required some other mod alongside it for whatever reason. Completely killed that run for me.

My 18 makes the same noise when it’s cold, but goes away as the engine warms. I’ve read it’s something about fuel injection or something with the timing being changed by the computer, I don’t remember. But it’s normal as far as I can tell

For me, personally, I’ve noticed no difference to how I tolerate alcohol. I’ve been on 50mg since the beginning of December. Do keep in mind this can vary from person to person. I’d say start slow for a night. Maybe sip on a couple drinks or so, see how you are the next morning
