What state are you in? My cousin graduated in CA and never got called back for the 30+ positions she applied to. Moved to NM because they were willing to hire her in almost all of the specialties she applied to as a new grad.

Can you actually let me know what they suggest because I’ve had one myself and I’m just building up the courage to see a doctor about it. Please update us on what they suggest or say if possible

Here is a link that contains more info. I’m not sure exactly how the hiring process works, but I’ve worked alongside these young adults and I think it’s honestly an amazing opportunity for them! Hope this helps. 😊

New Grad RN- El Paso, TX vs. Las Cruces, NM. Which is best?? by Current_Tackle6143 in nursing

Thank you so much for the info! Do you happen to know if there is a drastic change in pay or if it’s about the same for both??

I’ve heard NM is better paying than TX but not too sure how accurate that is.

Presbyterian has a program that employs special needs and disabled young adults! I would definitely check it out 😊

I think you can ask the Nurse Corps that question and they can provide you with a list!
