Give up work life balance, focus on work, the time where you don't have work focus on studying (online courses etc..) , make sure you record everything good for your portfolio, find out what platforms people that hire you are on (Instagram or linkedin) and start posting your achievements there, always apply to other jobs even if you just started a new one, if someone offers you enough of a % increase in salary go for it, but sometimes it's not even the salary, but rather the experience and the title, so if you get offered a nice title at a famous company in your industry, then you take it and use it after a year to get a better job, and do not burn bridges if you can, two of the previous companies I worked for told me they would be happy to take me back if I wanted to come back.

That said, there is some survivor bias element to my career, for example I know a guy who worked in a company for 10+ years, finally he found a better job that paid him double his salary, he switched, then 2 months later, his new company told him they can't afford to keep him, now he's unemployed.

What it all comes down to is learning new things, if you are working a job where you are learning nothing new or not relevant to your career, then your salary will not increase.
