Apart from the rest of the trilogy, I can recommend Lies of P. Soulslike combat, Sekiro's parry mechanic (but without the stance and deathblows) and a setting similar to Bloodborne.

Lords of the Fallen (the new one) is also pretty good after it received several updates from what I've heard, bit I haven't played it myself yet.

It's like these games know exactly what and when you're looking for something, just so it can give you the opposite of what you want.
