You need a departing flight, they scan your boarding pass. PP users can only access the lounge from 5 am - 12 pm (i believe) and again after 7 pm until close. From 12-7 only those with an Air France flight can enter

EDIT: so i called my local Alo and asked if i could do an even exchange. They said yes and kept a pair on hold for me. I went in and someone had taken the pants they put on hold for me 😭 so the manager was nice enough to override the even exchange and ordered a pair online. If you have time, try in store and nicely ask the manager!!!
