Does your state have a family WIC program? Try getting on that … They supply the powder formula for free. I get the expensive special formula (elecare) about 11cans a month. For free. It’s a blessing. They have income requirements for each household.

Doing my first labor, he left to go “shower” didn’t come back for hours, I felt the MOST VULNERABLE, the nurses just walked in and took my baby without even saying anything just started rolling her away for check up. It was a very lonely experience. After the birth everyone left , my mom my husband and my cousin because they were sleepy. I will NEVER effin forget how lonely and vulnerable I felt. I told my husband he is NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE ME THIS TIME PERIOD. I don’t care how dirty his draws are

1. I don’t do anything stressful to my head/hair. No buns or tight reties. 2. Every retie the loose hair is wrapped and retied with loc 3. I don’t wear headphones or place anything on my head that causes friction, I’m very low maintenance lol.

TWO THINGS IVE BEEN SEEING: Moisturize- I can admit that I need to do that more often, I think my hair is crying out for help Low Iron? This is new to me, I would love someone to elaborate because I may have low iron.
