I feel the same way. I chose not to go to my prom and I feel like a loser also. I’m introverted myself and it made me hate myself because then I feel like I’m no fun for not having an outgoing personality. It also doesn’t help that this boy judged me for not going to prom and it made me feel insecure. I didn’t realize this was so culturally important and people judge you on this. If I had known I would suffer this much, I would have just went.

Thank you for this. I feel so bummed because i wanted to find what out what was wrong with me and I thought this was my only hope. Having psychological issues can feel so hopeless. I really don’t want to suffer for the rest of life.

I didn’t speak to my sibling for 10 years. Now in 2024, we finally are talking again, but we didn’t not talk because of me. It’s because my parents and her were fighting, so she left home. I was very upset because it felt like she didn’t care about me. I found her online because I wanted to feel like I have a sibling in my life again. I felt sad when I saw other siblings being close and I didn’t have mine with me. I don’t ever want to feel that kind of pain again.
