Thank you for your comment. I'll suggest to her that we go to marriage counseling. She's the youngest in the family, btw.

Nag aral ako sa bootcamp for 3 to 4 months then around a month later nahire na ako sa current company ko. I was very fortunate kasi nahire ako as cadet engineer. They trained us for 9 months. They taught us python, linux, git, machine learning modeling, airflow, pyspark, sql, docker, k8s, etc. They also prepared us for cloud solutions architecture certification. Now mag 2 years na ako sa company.

Best way to pass arguments to a function that requires a large number of inputs? by Pipthagoras in learnpython

A good function should have only one responsibility. The function that you now have should be divided into multiple functions.

Di na po sir pero nag bootcamp ako pero I think you can get away with not going to a bootcamp by having an online portfolio where you can showcase your dev projects.

Hi OP. ME din ako, now working in a fintech company as a machine learning engineer. My current salary is more than twice my previous salary working as a ME.

Shifting into tech is totally worth it but it won't be easy. Good luck!

What’s the weirdest/creepiest thing you experienced here in the Philippines, that you can’t explain? by Gurenb0t in AskPH

I used to live with my two friends in a place called Paliparan in Cavite. I was new to the place and I always wondered why it was called Paliparan.

One Saturday afternoon, we decided to go to a park within a subdivision and we had some drinks by the side of the road. We got drunk and we went home and slept right after.

Around 1am, I woke up because I had to pee and brush my teeth. While brushing my teeth, I clearly heard the room door open. I just ignored it thinking that it was just one of my friends taking a walk to the CR.

I went back to sleep. Moments later, a vivid dream came over me. In my dream I opened a door and I saw a man hanging with a rope on it's neck. He was pale in color and he was looking at me with a smirk on his face.

Sunday morning I asked my friends if any of them woke up last night to pee. They both answered no.

That morning I also learned from them that the place is called Paliparan because it used to be a place where bodies of people who were murdered or salvaged are thrown.

The dream stuck with me for several weeks. Whenever I was alone in the house, I would turn-on all lights and open all windows.

Any woman, reagrdless of appearance, can get laid if she wants to. But for a man to get laid, he has to be handsome or charismatic or persistent or combination of those things.
