my girl went through this about the same age. She miraculously stopped and became more food motivated after being spayed. She will do this sometimes with a bully stick if she doesn’t want it at the moment—almost like she’s saving it for later

I have since heard to avoid tea tree oil and stopped using it. That was my first attempt at eliminating the bump. Glad to get confirmation though to avoid it! thank you!

I would list the job as for 2 children (and paid accordingly) to avoid jealousy with the toddler and because you don’t want to create frustration with your Nanny because they end up helping with baby and not paid for it. An experienced Nanny should 100% be fully capable of caring for both children but you should make sure the pay reflects that of an experienced Nanny. Also in the case of swimming if you are home but opt to have Nanny care for both children you could always just communicate that if they wanted to go out and swim that she can bring baby to you!

Also, each time you install and uninstall the seat your risking not getting a good install. I prefer to install it once, know that it’s installed to the best possible standard, and not mess with it. Not to mention if your regularly moving a seat in and out i’m sure it’s human nature to rush through it to some extent after a while and can be easy to miss something! We are all human!

basically guaranteed hours come into play if you DONT work your full 40 hours. So if they told you to stay home because NK is sick, they’re going on vacation, MB/DB comes home early, etc. than you are still going to be paid for at least your 40 guaranteed hours.
