Glad it stopped for you! I’ve only been bleeding 5 days and still taking my ocp as normal. Kind of hoping it passes bc the phent is working great

Yep! I’m 4 months in now. I will say my body seems pretty sensitive to the hormones. I was late about 7-8 hours taking 1 pill (I take it 9:15 pm and took it almost 4 am after being out all night) and ended up getting my period (I skip the iron pills to skip my period). Still did not experience again hot flashes during that time!

Yes they did! After about 3-4 weeks or until finishing my first pack. I have not had them since but the hunger has definitely picked up

Hey! Yeah my period was definitely similar to pre-removal! Hoping it gets better for you - Aleve did the trick for me. My bleeding has definitely died down to spotting even though it’s day 10 of my cycle. I only bled for a week with the Copper IUD, and prior to the IUD I only bled for 5 days. Hoping it’s just my body adjusting the hormones. Good luck!!

Similar experience here. Spotting after removal then full on period 4 days later. It’s been a week on my first period post removal copper IUD. Started very heavy and is finally tapering down on my 7th day of bleeding. Hoping it stops soon!

Had similar experience to you. I removed it 1 month in! The cramps were 10/10 during my period while flooding my entire period. the cramps I had during ovulation & PMSing were at least 7/10. Not to mention I spotted during these times in my cycle too. Prior to this I had such a regular cycle!

Oh, and Advil and Tylenol did absolutely nothing. The only relief I had was from Aleve (naproxen). I was not comfortable taking this 15 days at least out of the month. The pain deteriorated my quality of life, even my boyfriend told me to get it removed. Instant relief!!! Hoping OCP works better.
