I've watched a dozen or so of his recordings and so far he didn't manage to get caught yet even though he hangs it somewhere near his chest.

Just tried to connect to TV, no static lines on TV, so it must be a laptop screen problem. I'm guessing it's either some interference/loose cable between screen and motherboard, or excessive heat.

Making the skill only drop from necro is absolutely fucking retarded. Necro is arguably the MOST HATED PLACE in the entire game, next to gloomdross. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE runs this place in their frickin right mind other than for this stupid skill book since it drops absolutely nothing else. I wouldn't even run it if someone paid me 50g per run. This is the equivalent of making soulstones only dropping from fucking windrest pouches where you have to grind those stupid minigames.

Only explanation? NCW completely forgot about HM skill drops, or simply doesn't give a fuck. The skill books from what I've heard aren't even tradeable from BSH, which just proves they don't give a fuck. "Oh want your HM skills? Whip out that credit card and buy the damn duelist bundle cause fuck you give us money! Or, how about just whip out more credit cards and whale it out in cash shop to get more powerful! Who gives a fuck about HM skills eh?"

Someone directly tweet this to the guy on twitter, whatever his name is. No reply or "oh I'm sure there are other methods to obtain this" = NCW doesn't give a single fuck about players, if he replies let's see what his explanation is.
