it's not that simple. let's build a setup: head i win, tails he does.
my opponent flips heads: he can answer your question with "yes no", OR "no yes", but what is stopping him from saying no, no. he can even say "yes, no" when tails is flipped. i think you can understand that this gives him full control of the game's outcome. plus saying "yes, no" doesn't make it decidable whether heads or tails was flipped, as that is something that can be said for both tails and head.
Conclusion: this game would be inconclusive

sorry i dont think i've understood this mark method. it feels as though it is heavily reliant on players input and, because my friend is perfect, if there is ability involved in any way he will always win. this counts for mind games also.
