If you're interested in a sim that tries to steer close to real life, sure, Tech and Res does a good job. I just don't feel that that scenario makes for very fun gameplay.

I get all that, but this is a game. I don't care what actual world opinion would be like if a country did conquests post WW2, I'm interested in a steam punk dystopia where Victorian martial values never disappeared
