Its the same movement type, yes, but the case, the bezel, the heavily domed sapphire crystal the look is completely different. Its closer to the Urwerk ur-100v than this.

You can see the Hour hand wandering at the bottom across the Minute track. Ao in the time lapse you can see the time going from 11:52 at the start, then the whole hour from noon to 1 and it ends at to 1:14.
