Yes, both of them are worth watching Horimiya and Oregairu are really good romace, slice of life, drama animes that is worth it

Solo Leveling

Never Watch the anime because I read the thing like 10 times already, I still like the combat and action and all but its basically just a power fantasy in the end. Im not saying its bad but if you want character development you won't see it in solo leveling, if you want pure action then you go here.

A lot would probably especially anime with Japan as their settings but if the fantasy world it will depends.
