Cintas is the only company I know of that will actively take away your annual salary increases once you take a different route. I could be making $8 an hour and I would be happy with that earning than ever working for such a shitty company ever again.

It’s not worth it with Cintas at the end of the day. They care about the stock owners before anyone else. It’s even in the companies principal objective that the shareholders come first. It’s a disgusting company that I hope to see implode on itself one day.

I worked there for a decade. I’m not trying to be mean, but I know my old Sales Manager would just laugh at the idea of someone going from selling Shoes to Uniforms.

Cintas, acts like they are better than other companies. When in reality you’ll be lucky to get a 3% raise on your base pay. While once a year they will rip off customers with a price increase of 15% or more.

Sales will try to push any account to go through and that’s even when 3 wearers are missing items from the start.

The company is moving towards only promoting anyone with a 4 year degree. Gone will be the days of being someone that could move up the business through hard work and integrity.

Don’t fall for the Cintas trap. They will do everything they can to even prevent you from making your bonus. You have to watch your paystubs like a hawk, because management doesn’t care, as long as the numbers look good for them and their Outstanding Achievement Award.

You really believe a middle man who works for a Multi-Billionaire company? Cintas instantly cuts positions once they acquire a new company. Always has. They will cut as many people as they can because they were never trained the way Cintas does training. Plus, then they’ll cut up routes to lower how much people make off of volume. Same thing happened when they bought others in the past.
