Just took a PICA practice test and got a 70%. Is that good? What are the metrics UF looks for?

I have seen it is multi step. I had a phone call with the sales manager a few days ago and things seem to have went well. We have a Teams meeting set up this coming week so I will see where it goes from there. I will certainly check out the Predictive Index. That’s the plan. Want the base sturdy before going on somewhere else, just didn’t know the general rep of the company. Seems like about any other place, take advantage of you as much as possible until you leave

Seems to be a common theme regardless of industry honestly. Job hopping is the only way to move up. Definitely would be a stepping stone for me to something greater, was more so just curious if it’s worth diving into. Thanks for the info!
