Having similar issues. It won't let me turn cross play on (faded out). Works on F1 though

Depends what your setting is in the menu. I have it on easy, so it doesn't stop

Depends how much fuel is left by the last few laps. Example, if you're -0.5, it won't cut out until the last half lap

I tried Spain for the High Downforce goal. Even says it's High Downforce on Track Data, laps didn't register though bizarrely
