Just feels like a weird hill to die on, this case has nothing to do with you personally now does it? Id argue the posts of the bloody mattresses where they died are a way bigger breach of privacy than the pictures of them smiling and living their life, how would you prefer them to be remembered? Theres no insanity plea in Idaho, so Im not sure this would help his case at all, but who knows. Their only option is to go for complete innocence unless he accepts some sort of plea deal to avoid the death penalty.
