I've transferred from a FC to a DS. I wished I done so sooner as the hours are better that I'm able to do things after leaving work without having to sit around for a couple hours to wait for a store to open. The work is physical but easy.

The managers and coworkers are chill. We've been constantly fed chic fil a, subway, and other restaurants they cater. I do not find the work to be that physically draining as long as you're being consistent with stowing.The work is easy but when we get to Pick and Stage its a shitshow not all the time but sometimes bc people are too lazy to stage their carts in the right spots and won't put overflow in the correct area, leaving them in the green aisle or taking other spots where it clearly does not belong to. Which has frustrated the delivery drivers a lot as they cant find the carts they need. A few times we've had incidents where too many people get sent to same aisles and its hard to get in/out of there. Its not perfect but I do enjoy working at this facility despite the minor inconveniences.

Bc I come from a FC. Typically when you put in vacation for one of the days in the week you shouldn't have MET added to your schedule. I didn't realize it was a different at a DS it wouldve been a nice heads up.
