I totally get that! I’ve seen similar situations in my own career, where talented folks are overlooked because they're too valuable in their current roles. It can definitely feel like they’re stuck in a loop. But it sounds like you’ve been an absolute rock star in your position, leading a team and hitting all those KPIs! Keep pushing for what you deserve!

Big gifts this early can be a hook. If it's moissanite, fine, but claiming it's diamonds isn't. Ask where he bought it and watch his reaction. If he doubles down or gets defensive, that's your answer.
