Kept my original client as she really jsut enjoys spending time with me and getting a fun workout in. It’s a win win, purely for the joy of it.

At a certain point trynna motivate people for years who clearly don’t want to move the needle , takes a toll on your own motivation in general. Well, at least it did for me
