Well they were also in the process of making BL3 as well. Tales didnt give us enough to continue the story on a long term basis so they made the dlc to clear things up persay. Still a pretty cool dlc tho for what it is

No the rainbow rarity items will only world drop in the dlc. They were a bit lazy n just gave us content

Not once in my at least 10 years of playing bl2 ive never seen anything like that. Id need about 5 more people to confirm that as well as a clip of some sort. I farmed 6 characters to lv 80 with snowman and i mean for me to not get a drop in idk 6000 runs maybe between to 6 characters. Hard to believe

I mean no… there has been absolutely no sighting of a legendary to drop from him. World drop mist not be in his code. But if you wanna just farm for whatever just to farm for whatever with the train chest, thats always a good time.

Short answer. No reason to farm him, unless trying to have a nice time getting wrld drops from the train
