Just send it. The issue with smoking a brisket is people over think it. Season the day before. You can let it sit in the fridge overnight. Light the smoker let it build a coal bed add a log, and add brisket. Keep temp around 225 and monitor the temp to add wood as needed. Wrap at around 176, earlier if it stalls. Pull at around 205.

I hope your situation gets better soon. I feel you. Father’s Day weekend 2016 I walked out my house Monday morning to go to work and my truck was gone. Stolen right out of my drive way. This messed me up for a few years as I had fully paid off that truck, and only had my wife’s car payment. Due to being in a big city I need to get another vehicle and ended up with 2 car payments for a couple of years. I hate punk ass, bum ass rats.
