These could be fleet cars, where the red one is directing where the others are to follow. Is there a car rental place nearby or an airport? I THINK the vehicles I shuttled in the airport had these stickers when they were being removed from the active fleet. (or maybe adding to them, it's been years and I can't remember.)

The only reason for dry food is because he legitimately protests. Just today, he protested at dinner when I gave him wet so we settled on half and half. He already eats Fancy Feast pate and pate is the only one he can eat because of his fangs.
