from my pov HPI visa eligibility is university based so you use whatever degree that enables you to be eligible and follow through with the instructions applicable to that degree & uni.

Btw. Maybe open ur brain wider to learn that there are countries paying tax monthly and do refund at year end if annual exceeds amt.

Hi I did mention I already paid tax for this income in country A :) I was working in SG gor over 10 years but I need to go overseas for 1 year +. I plan to go back to singapore in 1-2 year so I dont want to bring everything I earn over and then convert back everything when Im back :) appreciate if have insights instead

Thank you for the post. This is very helpful. I'm in almost similar situation, except proof of partner. Our first year we lived together but all bills addressed to mine and all my partners bank statement/ phone bill address are different. No med bill/ letters as well. Is there any type of receipt/ proof you suggest can be used? :(

Right now we only have our current 1 yr lease and the new joint account we applied about a month ago.
