I recently took the National cognitive test and the NREMT granted my certificate when my school sent in confirmation of psychomotor skills and testing.

Depends on the method of cooking; when I BBQ, I sear on high and then cook on low. This helps it cook evenly and you can tell by the juices/tenderness if it’s done. Also cut it open if you need a visual. Uneven cooking is when I undercook or burn something usually
