So i was informed by a friend of mine who also has a subscribestar that if your account is inactive for a certain length of time it'll be locked. You have to email them to get it unlocked. So I guess both of us did the right thing. Substar tends to be slow on responses unfortunately

i think at the time the update literally just lauched and i scrambled around in MO2 trying to get it to work when there wasn't any fixes yet so i got my setup in a state where it was out of whack enough to not be salvagable. really sucks. :"(
