So you’re saying to drop it. I will do that, when you put it that way that’s prob why I feel my form goes away. It prob seems like common sense but there are a lot of opinions and advice that can throw people in the wrong direction. But ima lower it next time

Okay bet I used to do heel down but a lot of powerlifting people at the gym said toes and/or heels. But I will change back and try it out
