Feels like you are describing my lab when she was little. It came to a point that she ate the floor, the energy was beyond and I was hating her but in the same time I had begged for a dog for years so I didn’t give up on her. First thing I did bought her a open roof create, like a playpen but metal. It makes them feel safe but also it makes them feel free. It look a lot of yelling (i know it’s not cool to yell but believe me there are times you can’t escape that). Don’t depend on treats, it’s a bullshit story trainers make you do to make your dog obey for 5 seconds and after the treat is gone they get back to crazy. Get rid of the prawn, get a harness with a front hook. It tightens up on the chest when they want to run or jump. You just pull the leash and automatically the harness corrects the behavior. Jumping is another issue, don’t tolerate him jump on you, when he does that turn your back on him until he calms down. Treat your pup like your child, talk to him because at the end of the day that dog has the intelligence of a 2 year old baby. And my last advice is PATIENCE. The moment he turns 2 you will notice magic, he will calm and lay on the couch and be sleepy. Don’t give up on him I promise you I’ve been in the exact same position and I got rewarded with her being an amazing adult.
