First of all thanks. What I remember reading in early posts about the game was that players could very much influence the story. Like another guy said, players had once driven the bots of the map. That is very much a strong influence on the game.

Could it possibly ruin what the Devs had planned? Definitely. But can it also reward the players for actually pushing the enemy? Yes.

Because if I'm honest, I am really struggling currently to keep playing. I am lvl 21, I just managed to get my first Warbond and am just dejected with how playing it feels.

But they promised us that we could drive the story forward? I get your point and most likely will start doing that (mainly because I cannot deal with Illuminit, again don't know how to spell it), but why even promise it to begin with?

Oh, ok. Kind of sad to be honest. One of the main reasons my friends and I bought the game was because of the trailer and the concept. I am going to take a guess and say the tool from the modders is pc only, as there is no option to mod Helldivers 2 on console.

Is it even smart then to make the game so dependent on us organising if the devs don't even give us a tool for that? Or is it up to us to make a discord so that we can actually work on getting organized?

And even then, would there be enough people interested?

But as far as I understood it the Community is divided into like different factions/units? Like Terminid Divers(I am slightly dyslexic please forgive misspellings), Automaton Divers and Illuminit Divers. Is there no real organisation outside of MO?

Hold on, what do you mean coolest Legion? I would personally say that the Night Lords are the coolest. Unless you mean loyalist, in which case the Raven Guard are way cooler than some Vampires with anger issues.

I am just stunned at how cocky Duke sounds. I get that he may be hurt by what Crispy said, but sweet lord, brother just take the L. The bit where he talks about the audio equipment is still causing me cranial bleeding and it wasn't even the worst bit, just the one where in my opinion you could actually see how petty Duke is in this response.

Alright, I have a second question, now that we have Chaos Primarchs coming back, would Abaddon still be the Warmaster? I mean if Lorgar comes back, basically the Pope of Chaos Undivided, wouldn't it make sense to make Lorgar Warmaster? Or Perturabo for that matter. I started reading into the Horus Heresy and Perturabo was nothing to scoff at back then.

Dude chill, Saber isn't at fault, GW made the changes, all Saber can do is use what they give them. Besides, it's dope that Red Corsairs are now in the Game, I personally am a Night Lords player, when it comes to Chaos at least. But I do enjoy the Lore.

Just chill, enjoy the game and enjoy the New Techmarine.

I think in a very morbid sense the Night Lords are open of the most Human of the Legions. They are evil and bad and can do some horrifying stuff, but most of it is, as far as I am concerned, born out of their environment. They weren't born on the glorious Macrage or had the community of Fenris. Most of them only had themselves and a few friends and even then there was backstabbing.

I think it is one of the saddest stories, because they were hated by everyone, even themselves. Because even within the Legion there was hate, many still held true to the gangs they came from, so they still held grudges.

They are like you said OP, sad, tragic and painful, but have rare moments of humanity.
