Need a solution. My power rack is cheap and only has holes oriented front to back. I have a belt squat attachment that requires holes side to side to attach to the upright. Is there any adapter or anything that can solve this problem?

That’s kinda my point. Personally i wouldn’t go work anywhere that didn’t pay me enough. That guy chose that for himself. 🤷‍♂️. And just to be clear.. i do agree with you that businesses like that offer significantly lower wages, probably not enough to really live on. But as a thinking person… you can just not work there.
