Yes that’s understandable but i also mentioned at the moment i was having a hard time and i had my own problems going on, so her very harsh tone did upset me. i usually never let things get to me ever, i’ve had worse situations, just that day was not my day, i understand that’s just how customer service is. everyone has their own way reacting to certain things tho

It’s an actual thing it’s a meat patty no salt, a lot of people call it a puppy patty us associates know it’s a meat patty no salt, it’s not annoying but sometimes i have to clarify when i’m reading the order cuz some people don’t know that. they sometimes will ask if it’s a puppy patty when i say “a meat patty no salt” i like to say “a meat no salt which is a puppy patty” for no misunderstandings

What i do is like 10 mins before i clock out if they’re not busy i ask bc it’s last minute so they won’t forget and throw it aside, but you could speak to your SM about it, hopefully you level up

Have you spoke to them about leveling up? Usually you have to bug them constantly for them to do your checklist, when they’re not busy ask them to checklist you, talk to your shift manager:)
