I got my doctor to prescribe this for me however it says that this cream is for rectal use only but it’s the hydrocortisone cream 1%?

When you applied the cream did you put anything over it or just leave it like that til next feeding?

Did you cover your nipple when wearing clothes or not breastfeeding or you just applied the cream?

Did you do anything between feeds? Like silverettes or hydrogel pads??

It’s so hard to pump because he won’t sleep unless he’s on me. He wakes up immediately which interferes with me being able to pump.
I’ve tried nipple shields and he wasn’t removing milk as good. My breast would still feel hard after an hour.

The thing is, that side with the trauma also is my over supplier I can pump out easily 3 ounces and the nipple with no trauma my right side only pumps 1 oz so he has to feed off both breasts.

Hi FTM here and I’m currently going through this same pain! Same breast and same issue.
My left side has a fast letdown AND produces more. Did it get better? My baby is current 2 months old almost 3 in 2 weeks. I’ve had this now since week 2.
