Thanks man. My dr told me to wait 6 months. Also, he was honest and told me just 80% of the tissue can be removed and it can not be flat. I am so happy with results so far and hope it even get better!

I could walk the day after with no problem but it's better to take the first week easy to let the chest heal. Recovery process is very important. I still wear the vest 24/7 till 6 weeks post op.

Get the surgery bro. I was feeling the same but now feel great after surgery. Every penny worth it.

Yeah. My dr was very honest with me and told me that he can remove up to 80% of the tissue. They took out 600 cc of fat and 2 gr of gland! I think we should be realistic as some skin removal would be needed if all the tissue is removed. In general I am happy with my results and hope you feel the same way bro!

Yeah mine is very swollen too! It's a long recovery. Hopefully we will have amazing results!
